A rare month going English Skeleton Clock

A Rare And Unusual Month Going Diamond Frame Skeleton Clock by Holtby of Gosport & Malta mounted on a white marble base with a Victorian glass dome. This is a superb clock having helical cut teeth to the great wheel & a corresponding worm cut pinion ensuring the clock runs for a month on a wind. Beautifully made & superb crossings to all of the wheelwork. There is only one and this is it !

The eight day movement with distinct plate style and wheelwork having six spokes. In very good order and retaining its original pendulum and weight
